• All sales are final.
  • Exchanges are only valid if wrong size/style has been purchased, at the time of purchase. An email must be sent right after purchase and the item(s) can be swapped with correct size/style, if available. *If not, please refer to bullet one.
  • If the package comes back to us due to bad address, etc. the customer is responsible for paying additional shipping and handling fees to have the item(s) reshipped.
  • The buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier if the package is in limbo or other similar issues.
  • We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen goods. (i.e. tracking number states delivered but did not receive package, etc.)
  • Please allow around 4-6 weeks for fulfillment and shipping. (It is rare that it will actually take that long but in some cases, delays are beyond our control so please allow that timeframe.)
  • All of these policies are in place because we are a small business and don't have the resources larger businesses have so please understand that these policies are in place for a reason.
