Policy

  • All sales are final.
  • If a refund is deemed necessary, we would need the item(s) back in order to process refund.
  • Exchanges are only valid if wrong size/style has been purchased, email must be sent right after purchase. Item can be swapped with correct size/style, if available. *If not, please refer to bullet one.
  • If package comes back to us due to bad address, etc. customers are responsible for paying additional shipping and handling fees to have the item(s) reshipped.
  • The buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier if item is in limbo or other similar issues. 
  • We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen goods. (i.e. tracking number states delivered but did not receive package, etc.)
  • Please allow 3-6 weeks for fulfillment and shipping.
  • Any concerns with orders must be received in writing within 7 days of order purchase date.
