Exchanges are only valid if wrong size/style has been purchased, at the time of purchase. An email must be sent right after purchase and the item(s) can be swapped with correct size/style, if available. *If not, please refer to bullet one.
If the package comes back to us due to bad address, etc. the customer is responsible for paying additional shipping and handling fees to have the item(s) reshipped.
The buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier if the package is in limbo or other similar issues.
We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen goods. (i.e. tracking number states delivered but did not receive package, etc.)
Please allow around 4-6 weeks for fulfillment and shipping. (It is rare that it will actually take that long but in some cases, delays are beyond our control so please allow that timeframe.)
All of these policies are in place because we are a small business and don't have the resources larger businesses have so please understand that these policies are in place for a reason.
